Service Description

Yoga is a great exercise to gently move and stretch your body while adding elements of strengthening. It is especially beneficial in the postpartum period to ease the new aches and pains of motherhood and gently reintroduce yourself to exercise. Zoe is an experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist and yoga instructor, and mother. Babies & children are welcome in this class if you want to bring them

Cancellation Policy

You may be cancel or reschedule your class up to 3 hours prior to the start time. However for Block course classes are non transferable and non refundable if you are unable to attend.
