Service Description

***Classes run from 4 Feb - 18 Mar*** No Class Feb 25th Leonie has 17years clinical practice as a physiotherapist both in NZ and internationally, so you can be confident that you will be moving safely and comfortably throughout your pregnancy. Leonie will take you through a 45min pilates session to help keep you strong and supple as your body adjusts to the changes associated with pregnancy. This class is a great way to meet other like minded expectant mothers, find that village! Please allow an extra 15-30mins for this class. Pregnancy is a unique time in a woman's life and we often find that discussions arise during class that we want to allow time for during and after the class. We recommend starting this class BEFORE 26 weeks of pregnancy, as it is recommended that pilates ceases after 32 weeks of pregnancy
