Studio Classes

At Health Down South we have a brand new custom built studio where we host a variety of classes to suit your needs.


Yoga for the Bros! Yoga is a great form of exercise, it helps stretch and strengthen key areas of our bodies, providing an opportunity to slow down and refresh.

Whether you're stiff and sore from sitting too much or from doing too much, Bro-ga is designed for you. It'll help you run better, lift heavier, parent calmer and live an all round better life! 

Our Bro-ga is on a Tuesday Lunchtime, meaning its easy to fit around work and family.

Pregnancy and Post-partum Classes

Our Pregnancy and Mum and Bubs Classes are designed for all Mum's and Mum's to be.

Children of all ages are welcome to our "Mum and Bubs Classes".

We all know how tricky it is to juggle life as a Mum.

These classes are designed to support you, allowing you to take some time to stretch, move and strengthen whether your Bub is 6 weeks or 16 years old!

We have Yoga, Pilates and Strength Classes and if you purchase a concession pass you can use it at any or all of these classes.
