Due to the intimate nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seals removed. This includes pelvic floor devices, intimate supports, and lubricants.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
