Service Description
Join our Mums and Bubs Pilates Blend Course at Health Down South. This group exercise class is designed for mothers who are ready to rebuild core strength in a safe and engaging environment. With low impact pilates inspired exercises suitable for all fitness levels, this 10-week course is a fun way to start focusing on your fitness postpartum. Plus, babies are more than welcome to join in! Start as early as 6 weeks postpartum and begin your journey to a stronger, healthier you.

Cancellation Policy
This Seminar is non transferable and non refundable if you are unable to attend. We will endeavour to offer an online attendance for this seminar, incase you are unable to attend live on the night. We will also endeavour to record the seminar and send it out to attendants afterwards. I say endeavour, because well technology is not fail proof.
