Give your postpartum body the care and attention it deserves with our Mums and Bubs Yoga Block Course at Health Down South. Led by our experienced, traditional yoga instructor, Neeshma, these small, friendly, and inclusive classes are the perfect way to gently move your body. These classes include a series of gentle postures and movements coordinated with breath work, to help support your postpartum body to ease any aches and pains and rebuild your core and body dynamics safely. These classes also utilise traditional breath work which aids with relaxation, stress management and improving your diaphragmatic function following pregnancy. Plus, babies & children of all ages are welcome to attend, making it a truly family-friendly experience. Join us and receive the one-on-one support you need to thrive.
